Jan D. Hembree, PhD

  • In my practice, I approach every client with kindness and respect as they struggle with difficult life situations and emotional angst whether caused by unfortunate circumstances or biosocial triggers. Clients acquire skills to balance their lives, appreciate their feelings, and to move forward with hope and courage. I like to work with teenagers, families, couples, and individuals in therapy. I have also worked with parents and children in mediation, co-parenting, and parent/child reunification, as well as divorcing couples who choose to use collaboration for their divorces. I have been trained in clinical psychopharmacology and am looking forward to working more with geriatric patients and seniors.
