In my practice, I approach every client with kindness and respect as they navigate through difficult life situations and emotional challenges. Whether these struggles stem from unfortunate circumstances or biosocial triggers, my goal is to help you acquire the skills needed to balance your life, appreciate your feelings, and move forward with hope and courage. I enjoy working with individuals, families, and couples in therapy. My experience includes working with parents and children in mediation, co-parenting, and parent/child reunification. Additionally, I have supported divorcing couples who choose to use collaboration for their divorce process. My therapeutic approach is grounded in the belief that every person has the capacity to overcome their challenges and lead a fulfilling life. I have been trained in clinical psychopharmacology and I am looking forward to expanding my work with geriatric patients. My specialties include ADHD and soft brain dysfunction, anger management, anxiety, depression, family relationships, grief/bereavement, intimate/romantic relationships, life transitions, medical issues/physical health, narcissistic personality disorder, PTSD, sleep disorders, stress, suicidal ideation, and trauma. When you work with me, you can expect a supportive and empathetic environment where your feelings are validated, and your progress is celebrated. I am here to help you navigate your journey with compassion and understanding. I look forward to the opportunity to work with you and support you in achieving your goals. Let's take this step together towards a brighter future.
I have a PhD in Clinical Psychology from the University of Florida, a Master’s degree in Teaching (from UF), and a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychopharmacology from Alliant International University in California.
